1 Introduction & definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ak 44 cod platform and all its services. By creating an account on ak 44 cod, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

• Each bank or mobile banking number may only be linked to one account

4 Bonuses & promotions

• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the claim period expires
• The same promotion cannot be used more than once

• Any bonus fraud detected will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings

The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only. Any attempt to claim it multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

5 Betting & gaming rules

The following rules apply to all games and bets placed on ak 44 cod:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded
• In live betting, any bets confirmed before an internet disconnection will remain valid
• For Sports Betting results, data from official sources will be considered final
• Placing multiple bets on opposing outcomes of the same match is prohibited
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and can be found on each game's page

6 Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ak 44 cod and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes
• Using money from money laundering or illegal sources
• Opening or operating an account using a false identity
• Harassing or threatening other members

7 Account closure & suspension

Ak 44 cod reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms and conditions violation
• Failure to pass KYC verification
• When suspicious or unusual transactions are detected
• When a member requests to close their own account
• Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months)

Members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your balance before proceeding with account closure.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Ak 44 cod reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms by the member.
